Your day-to-day duties include handling a high volume of inbound calls, resolving inquiries via phone, live chat, and online channels, and updating information in internal systems to support service delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced contact centre, customer service, or administration environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and competing priorities simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
• Experience working towards KPIs and service delivery targets.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handling a high volume of inbound calls and providing accurate, timely support to customers
• Responding to complex enquiries and assisting customers with account access, and system-related issues via phone, live chat, and online channels
• Providing clear, patient, and professional guidance to resolve customer queries efficiently
• Accurately processing transactions and updating customer information across internal systems
