Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Processing general phone and face to face sales enquiries
• Preparing sales quotes and orders
• Providing suitable solutions to our existing and potential customers
• Delivering excellent customer service and support through the sales process
• Supporting warehouse operations, including manifests, goods receipting, entering cycle count data and filing
