Job summary

Vulcan is seeking a proactive sales support administrator to handle incoming inquiries and process quotes and orders. You will provide practical solutions to customers while maintaining high service levels across the sales process.

Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The role offers on-site work in Australia with a supportive, diverse workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service environments preferred.
• Metals industry background is welcome but not essential.
• Pre-employment drug screen may be required.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Processing general phone and face-to-face sales enquiries
• Preparing sales quotes and orders

Requirements
