Job summary

JamesVale Recruitment Pty. is seeking a dedicated customer service / sales support professional in NSW. You will liaise with customers and support the sales team, handling inbound phone enquiries, following up on requests, and providing timelines for product distribution.

Key tasks include preparing quotations, entering sales orders, and maintaining accurate ERP data while coordinating with internal departments to ensure on-time deliveries.

Permanent position directly with the company: Regular work hours (Monday to Friday) 7:00am to 3:30pm.

About the Position

In this position, you will be required to effectively liaison with customers and providing support for the sales team. You will be required to answer in-bound phone-related enquires, following up with customers, resolving any concerns or issues if they arise and provide customers with estimated timeframes around their product distribution.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in customer service, or a similar sales support role.


• Commitment and drive to succeed with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.


• Previous experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
