Job summary

JamesVale Recruitment Pty. is partnering with an industry-leading packaging solutions provider in NSW to fill a sales support role.

This permanent position offers regular hours (Mon-Fri 7:00am–3:30pm) and an hourly rate with superannuation, with future career progression opportunities. About the Position

In this position, you will be required to effectively liaison with customers and providing support for the sales team. You will be required to answer in-bound phone-related enquires, following up with customers, resolving any concerns or issues if they arise and provide customers with estimated timeframes around their product distribution.
