Job summary

Derrimut 24:7 Gyms is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the night shift to deliver exceptional service to visitors and members. You will drive memberships and product sales while maintaining a clean and welcoming gym environment.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing data, and assisting with events and class offerings, with a focus on KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous CSR, Sales and Retail experience.
• Passionate about Health & Fitness.
• Proven experience in achieving KPIs and Sales Targets.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Unlimited Working Rights.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certification (willing to obtain)
• Food Safety Certificate (willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Drive memberships, supplements, apparel/accessories and consumables sales to meet targets.
• Demonstrate understanding of Derrimut 24:7 offerings.
• Prepare and serve smoothies, coffees and other beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facility and workstations.
• Support admin tasks, data entry, filing and inventory records.
• Assist in events/promotions and class offerings.

Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)

About the Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and hands-on customer service representative. This is a dynamic role that is responsible for customer service, gym operations, nutrition bar and administration & membership sales.

Position Overview

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors/members by addressing customer inquiries, complaints and issues promptly.
• Drive sales across memberships, supplements, apparelaccessories and consumables to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Demonstrate Strong understanding of Derrimut 24:7 offerings
• Prepare and serve smoothies, coffees, and other beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and uptake of facility and workstations
• Support administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and maintaining inventory records
• Assisting in Events/Promotions and Class offerings
