You will manage inbound customer enquiries, process orders, coordinate returns, and support internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

• Manage customer accounts and pricing discrepancies.
• Liaise with internal teams, customers and 3PL providers.
• Support consignment reconciliation and month-end activities.
