We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Townsville team on a full-time. Reporting to the ANZ Internal Sales Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Through proactive relationship management, accurate administration, and close collaboration with internal teams, you will help drive customer satisfaction, order conversion, and business growth.

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities, delivering professional and timely support throughout the customer journey.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience and identifying opportunities to grow business.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proactively follow up opportunities to maximise order conversion and sales outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer requirements and support successful project delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer, quote, and opportunity information within Salesforce, QAD, and other business systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
