Job summary

You will maintain data in Salesforce and QAD, provide tailored solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service and building stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to interpret technical information and drawings.
• Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a drive for results.
• Industry experience in steel fabrication, construction, or manufacturing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities, delivering professional and timely support throughout the customer journey.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience and identifying opportunities to grow business.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up opportunities to maximise order conversion and sales outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions meeting customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer, quote, and opportunity information in Salesforce, QAD, and other systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring policy compliance.
