Job summary

Steelforce in Toowoomba is seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers across trade counter, phone and email channels, handling quotes, orders and cash sales in a hands-on role.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, at our Toowoomba site. You will work with a collaborative team, improve service levels and contribute to efficient order processing.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience.
• Experience within an admin environment is highly regarded.
• Good communication and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable using a computer; training provided.

• Answer calls, emails, and assist walk-in customers.
• Process quotes, orders and cash sales.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure on-time orders.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor and based at our Toowoomba site, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service across the trade counter, phone and email channels. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help customers, process orders and keep things running smoothly in the office.

We’re looking for someone who is switched on, communicates well and takes initiative.

What you will be doing:

• Answering calls, emails, and helping walk-in customers
• Doing quotes, orders, and cash sales
• Working with the team to get orders out on time
• Basic admin and keeping things organised

This is a full-time Permanent role working Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm
