Job summary

GFG Alliance in Toowoomba is seeking a customer service focused administrator to be the first point of contact for customers across trade counter, phone and email channels. This hands-on role involves processing orders, providing quotes and ensuring smooth operation of the office from Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.

You will join a supportive team with opportunities for skill development and internal progression within a national business, including relocation opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience
• Experience within an admin environment will be highly regarded
• Good communication and a positive attitude
• Reliable and takes initiative
• Comfortable using a computer (training provided)
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Worked with steel, roofing or fittings before

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor and based at our Toowoomba site, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service across the trade counter, phone and email channels. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help customers, process orders and keep things running smoothly in the office.

We’re looking for someone who is switched on, communicates well and takes initiative.

What you will be doing:

• Answering calls, emails, and helping walk-in customers
• Doing quotes, orders, and cash sales
• Working with the team to get orders out on time
• Basic admin and keeping things organised

This is a full-time Permanent role working Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm
