Job summary

Matrix Education is hiring part time Customer Service Representatives to join our teams at Bella Vista, Castle Hill, Chatswood, Epping, Hurstville, Strathfield and Parramatta locations. Shifts are 3 to 4 days per week, including at least one weekend day.

Full on-the-job training provided. As a CSR you will handle inbound enquiries by phone, email and in person, support enrolment management from trial lessons to retention, and help staff and students on site.

Qualifications

• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused during busy periods.
• Friendly and approachable in customer interactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve enquiries efficiently.
• Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responding to inbound telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries.
• Ownership of end-to-end enrolment management, from trial lessons to enrolment and retention.
• Delivery of internal communications at the campus level.
• Providing support to staff and students onsite.

Matrix Education is hiring part time Customer Service Representatives to join the team at our Bella Vista, Castle Hill, Chatswood, Epping, Hurstville, Strathfield and Parramatta locations. Working hours are 3 to 4 days per week, including at least one weekend shift.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide a range of administrative services to our customers, contribute to continuously improving processes to satisfy customer needs whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with all client bases. Full on-the-job training and support is provided.
