Job summary

Valmont Industries, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the HR Products division in Wetherill Park, NSW. This permanent, full-time role reports to the National Sales Manager and focuses on maintaining customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.

You will handle RFQ-to-order processing, pricing queries, and internal stakeholder support while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Strong MS Office, CRM & ERP familiarity is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and exposure to CRM & ERP systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with strong organisation.

Responsibilities

• Process RFQ to Order release stage within the Customer Service Team.
• Maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and future opportunities.
• Support internal stakeholders as needed.
• Answer customer queries on pricing, turnaround times and technical info.
• Enter, maintain and review customer pricing and database.
• Contribute ideas to the business, identify risks and help resolve issues.
• Comply with Valmont Australia and NZ regulations and procedures.

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our HR Products division in Wetherill Park on a Permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the National Sales Manager - HR Products, you will be responsible in maintaining relationships and provide exceptional Customer Service to internal & external Stakeholders

• Working within the Customer Service Team to assist in processing of RFQ to Order release stage
• Maintain relationships with customers/ potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and future business opportunities
• Working with Internal stakeholders to provide support
• Answers customer queries in regards to pricing, turnaround and technical information
• Enters, maintains and reviews customer pricing and customer database
• Contribute as an active member of the Business by generating ideas and opportunities, identifying risks and helping resolve business issues and problems.
• Comply with the range of Valmont Australia and New Zealand Government Acts, Regulations and Codes of practice (including Community requirements, trade practices) by following documented procedures, processes and adhering to regulations
