Job summary

Infrabuild ARC Metalcentre in Mildura is seeking a hands-on Customer Service / Warehouse Assistant to support enquiry-to-delivery processes. Work with a Best Places to Work Gold winner and Sustainability Champion, reporting to the Branch Manager.

You will answer calls, prepare quotations, manage orders through picking and packing to on-time dispatch, and liaise with internal teams. The role blends customer service with warehouse duties, with 7:30am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ideally within a trade counter, industrial, manufacturing, or hardware environment.
• Strong face‑to‑face and phone‑based customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with regular customers.
• Proactive, reliable, and adaptable approach with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working across both customer service and warehouse duties, including some manual handling.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
• Forklift licence is desirable but not essential.

Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our ARC Metalcentre in Mildura, you will work closely with customers and the warehouse team. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment and delivery.
