Job summary

JD Implants Australia on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients, keep orders moving, and ensure stock accuracy and timely deliveries.

You'll be organized, a strong communicator, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same, with a hands-on, varied role at the heart of our operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or order processing
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in healthcare or dental industry is advantageous but not required

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner
• Communicate with clinics, hospitals, and sales representatives to confirm order details and delivery requirements
• Manage stock takes and assist with inventory management
• Check in incoming stock orders and ensure accurate records are maintained
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch with care and accuracy; book and coordinate shipping with freight providers
• Maintain accurate records across our order management systems
• Provide proactive updates to customers regarding order status and any delays
• Support the wider team with general administration and operational tasks as needed
• Contribute ideas to improve day-to-day processes, we genuinely want your input

JD Implants Australia is an innovative dental implant company based on the Sunshine Coast. We're a tight-knit, passionate team who take pride in what we do and we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us and grow with us.

This is a hands-on, varied role at the heart of our operations. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, keeping orders moving, stock accurate, and deliveries on time. If you're organised, a great communicator, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same this one's for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner
• Communicate with clinics, hospitals, and sales representatives to confirm order details and delivery requirements
• Manage stock takes and assist with inventory management
• Check in incoming stock orders and ensure accurate records are maintained

• Provide proactive updates to customers regarding order status and any delays
• Support the wider team with general administration and operational tasks as needed

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service, order processing, warehouse coordination, or operations administration role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with general computer applications and order management or inventory systems
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
• Experience in a medical device, healthcare, or dental industry environment will be highly regarded but is not essential
