Job summary

Coastal Dental Care on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced dental receptionist to run front of house at our Southport and Tugun practices. You will coordinate a busy schedule for prosthodontics, periodontics and implant surgery, and handle calls with confidence from day one.

The role requires strong organisational skills, a professional phone manner and availability Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 5:30pm, with flexibility across locations.

• Experience in a specialist dental clinic is preferred.
• Availability Monday to Thursday, 7:30am–5:30pm, with flexibility across Southport and Tugun.
• Confident, professional phone manner and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk across Southport & Tugun practices.
• Book, reschedule and confirm appointments in D4W.
• Handle phone and email enquiries professionally.
• Process payments, invoices and receipts.
• Coordinate scheduling with prosthodontists, periodontists and implant team.
• Maintain patient records, recalls and lab tracking.
• Support daily banking, Medicare and DVA processing and reporting.

Dental Implants & Aesthetics (DIA) is a specialist dental practice on the Gold Coast, built around prosthodontics, periodontics, implant surgery and All-on-X treatment. We help people regain confidence in their smile through considered, transformational dentistry, and we back that with a team who take real pride in the results we achieve together.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced dental receptionist to run front of house at our Southport & Tugun practices. This role suits someone who already understands how a specialist dental practice operates: you will coordinate a busy schedule across prosthodontics, periodontics and implant surgery, and be confident on the phone from day one.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting patients and managing a busy reception across our Southport & Tugun practices
• Booking, rescheduling and confirming patient appointments in Dental for Windows (D4W)
• Managing phone and email enquiries with a confident, professional manner
• Processing patient payments, invoices and receipts
• Coordinating scheduling with our prosthodontists, periodontists and implant surgery team
• Maintaining patient records, recalls and laboratory work tracking
• Supporting daily banking, Medicare and DVA processing, and reporting tasks

What we're looking for
