Join our national business as a Customer Service Representative and help deliver responsive, knowledgeable support to customers across Australia. This permanent, full-time position is based at our Braeside headquarters and is suited to an experienced, motivated customer service professional.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.

Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders.

Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Support the team in achieving service targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate customer and order information across relevant systems.
