Job summary

Scientific Pest Manangement – Kingston QLD is seeking a customer-focused coordinator to schedule pest technicians, manage inquiries, and perform data entry and invoicing tasks. You will provide detailed information about products and services while supporting Line Managers to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong communication, numeracy, and multi-tasking abilities, with the flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience with scheduling in a service industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in engaging with a variety of customers.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using multiple programs, systems, and screens simultaneously.
• Strong computer skills with a keen attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Capability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
