Job summary

Suburban Pest Management recruits for customer service and administrative roles to support a growing team delivering pest management services across South East Queensland. Qualifications

• Administration or customer service experience
• Call centre experience is a plus
• Team leader, supervisor, or office management experience preferred
• Industry-relevant experience helps but is not required
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, Excel, Dynamics or Xero accounting

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and enquiries
• Support scheduling, admin tasks, and HR onboarding processes
• Assist with fleet asset register and virtual file management
• Provide support to technicians and inspectors to ensure 300+ weekly jobs
• Contribute to customer communications across writing, phone and in-person interactions

Our recruitment process and salaries will reflect your experience:

• Previous administration or customer service work
• Previous call centre work
• Previous team leader, supervisor, or office management experience
• Industry-relevant experience (though this is never a pre-requisite)
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, or Xero Accounting
