Job summary

Safeguard Pest Control is seeking a full-time field-based technician to service residential and commercial customers across the Sunshine Coast. You will handle general pest and termite services and provide customers with a professional experience from start to finish.

The role includes installation and servicing of termite management systems, reporting findings clearly, and maintaining high workmanship standards. Sunshine Coast area, Monday to Friday with a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Holds current qualifications and licensing in General Pest and Timber Pest Management.
• Strong industry experience and technical knowledge.
• Confident performing termite inspections and identifying termite risks.
• Experience with termite treatments and installing termite management systems.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and team.
• Produce accurate service reports with pride in workmanship.
• Reliable, honest and able to manage daily schedule.
• Holds a current Australian manual driving licence with a good record.
• Customer service focus and building trust.

Job description

This is a full time, five day per week field based position servicing residential and commercial customers across the Sunshine Coast. You will confidently work across general pest and termite services and provide customers with a professional experience from start to finish.

About you

• Hold current qualifications and licensing in General Pest and Timber Pest Management
• Have previous industry experience and strong technical knowledge
• Be confident completing termite inspections and identifying termite risks and conducive conditions
• Have experience with termite treatments and the installation of termite management systems
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
• Produce clear, accurate and professional service reports
• Take pride in your workmanship and presentation
• Be reliable, honest and able to manage your day effectively
• Hold a current Australian mannual driver licence with a good driving record
• Have a genuine focus on customer service and building customer trust
