Job summary

REMONDIS Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our ETS team in Blayney NSW on a 12 Month Max-Term contract. You’ll handle inquiries from resident, business and council customers, resolving issues and delivering timely solutions across multiple internal teams.

You’ll work to raise work orders, assist with onboarding, follow driver requirements and maintain strong customer relationships. Salesforce experience is a plus in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

We are hiring for a Customer Service Officer to support to join our ETS (Environmental Treatment Solutions) team in Blayney NSW. This is a 12 Month Max-Term contract.

Step into a business that offers invaluable solutions to customers managing their waste and recycling needs. You'll work with resident, business and council customers on a wide range of queries, where you’ll work out solutions and ensure they feel well looked after.

What you’ll be doing

As the Customer Service Officer, you are the true voice of the customer and often the face of our business for many of our customers. You'll work to resolve customer issues, which involves engaging with most teams across the business to deliver on a range of activities such as raising work orders, assisting customer onboarding, following up driver requirements and much more. No day is ever the same!

Skills and Experience

You’ll have prior experience with business customers, in either a customer care or support role and working with SLAs. Ideally you’ll be experienced with Salesforce and enjoy working in a busy, supportive team environment.
