Job summary

REMONDIS is hiring a Customer Service Officer to join the ETS team in Blayney, NSW. This is a 12 Month Max-Term contract, supporting residents, businesses and councils with waste and recycling queries.

You’ll resolve issues, raise work orders, onboard customers and follow up driver requirements in a fast-paced, supportive team. Salesforce experience is preferred and customer-centricity is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with business customers in customer care or support.
• Experience working with SLAs.
• Ideal: Salesforce experience.
• Strong customer-centric approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues by coordinating with multiple teams to raise work orders.
• Assist customer onboarding and manage driver requirements.
• Maintain strong customer relations across resident, business and council clients.
