Job summary

REMONDIS is hiring a Customer Service Officer in Blayney, NSW. You will be the frontline voice for customers, handling a wide range of queries, raising work orders, and aiding onboarding while coordinating with drivers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with business customers in a customer care or support role with SLAs.
• Experience using Salesforce is preferred.
• Customer-centric approach with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and inquiries across multiple teams.
• Raise work orders and assist with customer onboarding and process improvements.
• Follow up on driver requirements and related service deliverables.
