Job summary

REMONDIS Australia is hiring a Customer Service Officer to support the ETS team in Blayney NSW on a 12 Month Max-Term contract. You will be the voice of the customer, resolving queries and coordinating with various teams to raise work orders, onboard customers, and ensure driver requirements are met.

You'll engage with resident, business and council customers to provide solutions and ensure they feel well looked after.

Qualifications

• You’ll have prior experience with business customers in a customer care or support role and working with SLAs.
• Ideally you’ll be experienced with Salesforce and enjoy working in a busy, supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues by engaging with multiple teams to deliver on a range of activities.
• Raise work orders and assist customer onboarding.
• Follow up driver requirements and ensure customers are well looked after.
