Job summary

Cenvet in Kings Park, NSW is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to support our veterinary customers. The role focuses on processing telephone orders, handling product queries, and building strong relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction across Australia.

The ideal candidate has veterinary industry experience, strong Excel skills including basic formulas, and solid conflict-resolution abilities, with Australian work rights required.

Qualifications

• Previous vet nursing or veterinary industry experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years of veterinary industry experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel including basic formulas is essential.
• Conflict resolution capabilities.
• Australian work rights are required for this position.

Responsibilities
