Job summary

Lyppard Australia, part of the EBOS Group, is seeking a customer-focused administrator to handle high-volume orders and inquiries from veterinary clients. You will communicate stock levels, offer alternatives, and provide accurate technical information to maintain trust with branches and customers.

The role involves supporting warehouse and sales teams and performing general duties as needed. A driver’s licence and reliable transport are required, with a commitment to diversity and an inclusive

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and numerical competency (Accounts Receivable experience is a plus).

What you will do

• Process Orders: Manage high-volume orders via phone and email with precision.
• Problem Solve: Communicate stock availability and offer product alternatives.
• Build Relationships: Provide accurate technical information to maintain client trust.
• Collaborate: Support branch projects and assist the warehouse or sales teams when needed.

What we are looking for

• Customer Service: Previous experience in a fast-paced service or administrative role.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and numerical competency (Accounts Receivable experience is a plus);
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook;
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner;
• Versatility: General warehouse duties (picking/packing) as required;
• Industry knowledge: Vet Nurse or experience in a related animal health field is highly regarded;
• Requirements: Current Driver's Licence, reliable transport, and a successful Police Check.
