You will support repairs, admin, invoicing, and stock coordination, with a can-do attitude, and flexibility across retail hours.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication in verbal and written form.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of quick decisions.
• Experience resolving customer complaints.
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Flexible across retail hours, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Actively manage Harvey Norman customer repairs and servicing, providing customer updates in a timely manner.
• Assist with the department's admin duties including processing credit and debit invoices, claims and reconciliations.
• Tag faulty products and liaise with our service agents & suppliers and keeping the service database up-to-date.
• Dispatch online orders and stock transfers.
• Assist in stock control.
