Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and sales support at our Newcastle Store, NSW. You will greet customers, complete rental transactions, and help grow our profitability while representing a trusted global brand.

To succeed you should have excellent communication, a positive attitude, a current AU driver’s licence, and flexibility for 7‑day shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and ability to engage customers.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales; rental industry preferred.
• Full AU driver’s licence and ability to drive automatic vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage in verbal interactions to ensure a positive experience.
• Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Sell Hertz rental options to customers and increase bookings.
• Resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist with vehicle reservations and related requirements.
• Work as part of a high performing team.
