Youi Insurance, based in Sippy Downs, Queensland, invites applications for a full-time Customer Service role. If you’ve worked in hospitality or other customer-facing roles, you’ll feel at home turning conversations into confident insurance decisions.

You’ll talk with customers on the phone, follow scripts, read policy information in real time, and aim to meet sales and service targets. The role offers paid training, regular coaching, predictable hours and a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Experience in customer-facing roles helpful.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to follow scripts and adapt conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Speak with customers on the phone, helping them understand and choose the right cover.
• Read and interpret policy information in real time, explaining cover and costs clearly.
• Work towards sales and performance targets while maintaining service quality.
