H People in Caloundra, on the Sunshine Coast, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a busy distribution team. You will help customers with enquiries, process orders and assist with behind-the-scenes operations to keep things running smoothly.

This role isn’t a typical call centre. You’ll work with local builders and trade customers, juggling priorities and rolling up your sleeves when needed. A great team environment awaits and there is potential for permanent advancement.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer service or sales support
• Confident on the phone with customers
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Clear, friendly and professional communication
• Able to handle challenging conversations and find practical solutions
• Willing to help the wider team
• Experience in steel/building materials is advantageous but not essential

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries
• Assist trade customers with product enquiries, orders and support
• Process sales orders and keep information accurate in internal systems
• Coordinate with the warehouse and distribution to meet customer requirements
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Follow up on orders and resolve issues professionally
• Assist with warehouse duties when needed
