Job summary

dormakaba is seeking a Customer Service Officer for a 12-month contract based at our Hallam office. You will process orders in SAP, manage case queues, and coordinate with multiple departments to support sales excellence.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with high accuracy is essential for data entry and order processing.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple queues, deadlines, and inquiries effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external customers.
• Works well in a team but can operate autonomously with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry by keying orders into SAP (CRM System).
• Manage case queues, backorders and exceptions.
• Build and maintain rapport with new and existing customers.
• Ensure fluid communication between multiple departments.
