Job summary

Sharp and Carter in Dandenong is seeking a proactive Customer Service Coordinator to support day-to-day operations within a global business undergoing transformation. Based in Dandenong, you will take ownership of customer enquiries and order management, build strong relationships with internal teams, and drive continuous improvement to raise service standards and efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in Customer Service or Sales Support in a B2B or product-based environment.
Confident managing orders and enquiries with competing priorities.
Proactive mindset with initiative to improve processes.
Strong communication, collaboration and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of customer enquiries, order management and service requests, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Manage sales order processing, inventory transactions, credit notes and associated administration.
Build strong working relationships with internal teams across Sales, Commercial, Finance and Distribution.
Look for opportunities to challenge existing processes, simplify workflows and improve operational efficiencies.
Work alongside the Team Leader to introduce consistent ways of working, improve service standards and establish best-practice processes.
Contribute to the development of a more commercially focused customer service function, with exposure to internal sales and broader commercial responsibilities.
