Job summary

Sharp and Carter on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking a motivated Product & Marketing Coordinator to support the product portfolio and broader commercial and marketing initiatives. This hands-on role offers exposure to new product development, retailer range reviews, tender submissions, product ordering and marketing campaigns.

You'll work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, coordinating product information and preparing professional materials for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Degree or current study in Marketing/Business or related discipline.
• Willingness to learn and contribute across product, marketing and commercial activities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with retailer range reviews, product data and pricing.
• Analyse sales data and support commercial decisions.
• Coordinate tender submissions and government/government-related proposals.
• Support new product development from research to launch.
• Coordinate production and ordering, inventory and supplier communications.
• Prepare marketing materials and coordinate promotional campaigns.
• Maintain website content and product listings.
