Job summary

BrightHR is seeking customer service specialists in Sydney to join our onboarding team. You will deliver comprehensive product demonstrations, helping clients fully utilize our award-winning HR software and ensuring a seamless onboarding journey.

Ideal candidates have clear communication, at least 6 months of customer service experience (in-person or office-based), and strong PC skills (Excel and Word). This role is full-time and on-site in Australia.

• A minimum of 6 months customer service experience in a face-to-face environment OR office-based experience.
