Job summary

BrightHR in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an HR Advisor and Employee Relations Specialist to guide businesses through complex ER challenges. You’ll provide expert advice on performance management, investigations, grievances, and disputes, while interpreting the Fair Work Act and national standards to balance compliance with business outcomes.

HR Advisor | Employee Relations Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing
