Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing timely support and accurate product information.

• Provide excellent customer service and investigate problems until complete resolution.
• Collaborate with team and participate in daily catch ups and mentoring/training as needed.

Customer Service Officer - Work from Home

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer with call centre or inbound/outbound call experience to join a large service provider in a full-time role. My client is a well known national service provider who are looking to add another team member to their high performing unit. Extensive training & onboarding will be provided to get you up to speed. This is a great permanent opportunity for a CSO who needs the flexibility to work from home.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards:

• Previous experience in a call centre environment, with the ability to provide solutions & product information
• Service inbound/outbound calls to customers, providing timely support and effective resolution of inquiries and issues
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• KPIs of 40-60 calls a day
• Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
• Flexible breaks throughout the day for school drop off etc
• The first 6 months will very supportive with training, and mentoring
• You'll be part of a supportive team that have daily catch ups & support groups

Qualifications and Skills:
