Job summary

Northline is seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring satisfaction with our freight and logistics solutions. You’ll be the first contact for inquiries, handling calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and accuracy.

You’ll join a casual team working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm. Prior experience in customer service, call centres, hospitality or retail is valued to support a dynamic network.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries.
• Keep customers and teammates updated on enquiries and freight movements.
• Assist customers by connecting with the right teams for timely solutions.
• Respond to customer email enquiries accurately and efficiently.
• Proactively communicate delays and updates to customers.
• Build positive relationships with customers and teammates across the network.
• Take ownership of enquiries and collaborate to deliver a great customer experience.
