Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service and admin support to contracts and sites.
• Manage inbound calls and inquiries, provide information on products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and assist with complex issues when required.
• Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues and support teams.
• Assist with invoicing queries, BPAY payments and record-keeping of interactions.
