Cleanaway is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Malaga WA. You will deliver friendly, professional service to allocated contracts and sites, handling inquiries, invoices and BPAY queries while supporting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service and administrative support to allocated contracts and sites.
• Manage inbound calls, respond to enquiries and provide information about our company, products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and elevate more complex issues when required.
• Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues and internal support teams.
• Assist with invoicing queries, manage BPAY payments and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet customer service KPIs, including average handling time and time in queue, while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within required timelines.

• Previous customer service experience, with the confidence to communicate professionally and build positive relationships.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• A collaborative approach, a willingness to learn and the confidence to ask questions.
