Millennium Services Group is seeking a friendly Customer Service Officer for a Christmas Casual position at the Sunshine Plaza Customer Service Desk in Maroochydore. You will be the first point of contact, creating a warm and memorable experience for shoppers during a busy season.

• Assist with lost property and lost child procedures in line with centre policies.
• Process gift card sales and other customer service transactions.
• Manage customer feedback and resolve enquiries professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming Customer Service Desk.
• Support centre initiatives and seasonal activities during the Christmas period.

As the friendly face of the centre, you'll be the first point of contact for shoppers and visitors, helping create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience during one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year.

• Support centre initiatives and seasonal activities during the Christmas trading period.
