Job summary

Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is seeking a Customer Service Officer for the casual pool in Adelaide. You will be the welcoming face on the Switchboard and Enquiries Desk, handling enquiries and delivering high-quality front-line service in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Reporting to the Administration Coordinator, you will coordinate messages, respond to emergencies, and support safe, confidential patient and staff interactions across CALHN sites.

About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, rewarding environment? As a Customer Service Officer at the Royal Adelaide Hospital or the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our facility, ensuring every client, staff member, and visitor receives a warm welcome and prompt assistance. Reporting to the Administration Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our front-line services, including handling enquiries at the Switchboard and Enquiries Desk, responding to emergency calls, and coordinating messages and paging with care and precision.
