The Customer Service Officer contributes to the success of the InfraBuild Recycling business by providing excellent customer service to ensure customer service standards are met.
The role is primarily responsible for general accounts management, training records and maintenance orders. The role will backfill the other Customer Service Officer role in the team to cover periods of leave.
This is a permanent part time role – 9.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Whilst the role is a part-time role you will be required to work additional hours (up to full-time hours) to cover periods of leave within the team.
