Job summary

InfraBuild Recycling invites you to join a 2026 AFR BOSS Best Places to Work Gold Winner and Sustainability Champion, recognised by the World Steel Association. This permanent part-time Customer Service Officer supports the InfraBuild Recycling business with friendly service and efficient accounts management and backfills a teammate during leave.

Working 9:30am–4pm, Monday to Friday, with additional hours to cover leave, you will handle payments, respond to calls and emails, maintain records,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Attention to detail and a passion for customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Maintaining an organised, professional and welcoming customer service desk area
• Processing payments accurately and efficiently
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls and enquiries
• Responding to emails and general enquiries
• Completing basic data entry and administrative tasks
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
