Customer Service Officer | Full-Time Hours Monday - Friday | 4-6-week temp assignment

We are currently recruiting two full-time Customer Service Officers to join a supportive and people-focused team. This is a phone-based role where you'll spend time speaking with customers, understanding their needs, answering questions and providing a positive and professional experience.

Unlike a traditional high-volume call centre, conversations can be more detailed,giving you the opportunity to genuinely engage with customers and provide meaningful support.

The role:

• Providing friendly and professional customer service over the phone
• Managing inbound customer enquiries and providing clear, helpful information
• Taking the time to understand individual customer needs and circumstances
• Asking relevant questions and gathering required information
• Working through customer queries and helping resolve issues
• Accurately updating customer records and completing associated administration
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure customers receive the right support
• Delivering a consistently positive customer experience

About you:

• Previous customer service, contact centre or phone-based experience
• Warm, confident and professional communication skills
• Strong active listening and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable managing longer, detailed customer conversations
• Patient and empathetic in your approach
• Strong administration and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail
