Job summary

Multicam Routing Systems in Newcastle, NSW, is seeking a reliable Customer Service and Stock Control Officer to join our Newcastle Office. The role combines internal sales, customer service, invoicing, stock control and order fulfilment to ensure orders move smoothly from enquiry to dispatch.

You will respond to enquiries, manage orders, prepare quotes, maintain inventory records, coordinate freight and work with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, customer service, administration, warehousing or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
• Good telephone and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
• Provide product information, pricing and availability
• Prepare quotations and process tooling sales
• Enter and maintain customer orders in the company system
• Prepare invoices, credit notes and related documentation
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
• Receive, check and store incoming stock
• Pick, pack and label customer orders accurately
• Arrange freight and coordinate deliveries with carriers
• Follow up on back orders, deliveries and customer queries
• Liaise with suppliers, freight companies and internal staff
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area
• Follow company procedures, workplace health and safety requirements, and quality standards
• Perform other general sales, administration and warehouse duties as required
