Job summary

Recruit Personnel is assisting a leading organisation in the thoroughbred industry to recruit an Inventory Coordinator in Scone, NSW. This office-based role focuses on stock control, stock transactions and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.

You will conduct stocktakes, oversee receiving and distribution, reconcile inventory using multiple management systems, and support logistics.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within inventory or stock management plus an understanding of goods in / out processes.
• Previous experience in conducting stocktakes.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems along with confident computer skills in learning new systems, plus current capacity with MS Excel and Outlook in particular.
• Professional communication style.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing inventory/stock management and managing internal/external enquiries.
• Lead and manage stocktakes with the support of personnel.
• Supervise logistic functions including receiving, distributing and reconciling processes using inventory management systems.
