Job summary

Linktal Recruitment in Sydney seeks a proactive freight forwarding specialist to own a dedicated portfolio, quote import/export sea cargo, and source rates while building multi-level client relationships.

You will coordinate international shipments end to end, liaise with clients, carriers and our global partner network, and collaborate with the Sales team to deliver tailored solutions and timely updates. Strong organisational skills and own transport are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in freight forwarding or shipping.
• Experience in customer service or sales support within freight forwarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients and build strong relationships across their organisations.
• Provide expert support on import and export sea cargo, including quoting and rate sourcing.
• Coordinate international shipments end to end on behalf of customers.
• Liaise confidently with clients, carriers, and the global partner network.
• Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Deliver timely reporting, communication, and proactive customer updates.
