Job summary

R.H Freight and Customs Brokers in Padstow NSW is seeking a Freight Forwarding and Operations Officer to handle end-to-end import and export operations, including Sea Freight (LCL & FCL) and Airfreight. You will be a key point of contact for clients, overseas agents, and service providers to ensure smooth shipment handling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
• Proven import/export air and sea operations experience.
• Strong customer service background in freight forwarding.
• Familiar with CargoWise software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers and overseas agents.

Responsibilities

About the Role
