Boral Concrete is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to plan driver schedules and allocations across Mugga, ACT or Newcastle, NSW. The role offers exposure to concrete operations and requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

You will manage high-volume calls, book orders, and coordinate deliveries using Command software, ensuring timely customer service and efficient dispatch in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Experience in scheduling or dispatch in real-time is preferred.
• Strong customer service focus with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and adapt quickly.

Mansioni

• Manage concrete allocations and assist with customer service administration tasks.
• Handle high-volume phone calls (up to 50 per day during busy periods).
• Book orders and perform office admin tasks when quieter.
• Chase job completions and plan next day schedules.
• Use Command software to manage orders and follow up on large end-of-week orders.
• Schedule and roster our driver fleet.
• Communicate with customers to confirm orders and ensure timely delivery.
