Boral Concrete, based in Perth at the airport precinct, seeks an experienced Customer Service Leader to drive a high-performing team of 10. You will own day-to-day order intake, scheduling and customer inquiry handling for WA operations, while coaching staff and shaping service culture.

In this role you will mentor the team, resolve complex queries, collaborate with production, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership within a call centre or customer service team.
• Experience resolving customer queries and driving practical solutions.
• Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to maximise service levels.
• Proven ability to build meaningful, long-term customer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 10 across order intake, truck scheduling and customer queries.
• Manage daily allocations for WA operations.
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the Customer Service Centre team.
• Resolve customer queries and drive solutions to meet expectations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders including production to maximise service.
• Assist with capturing orders and coordinating dispatch/delivery.
